Well, Nese at Creative Habitats was quite the opposite. She knew her stuff about each of the tiles they have at the store. And she spent HOURS with us helping us design our 3.5 bathrooms, our kitchen and our fireplace. When I say hours, i'm not talking about 1-2 hours. We must have been in the store a total of 10 hours thinking, designing, and deciding. And Nese's guidance was what made it for us. Instead of ending up with a the same bathroom you see in every catalog, we have our own bathroom, still traditional enough to suit our tastes, but different enough to make it special. Now when we show our house, people stop at the exact design elements Nese recommended.

In 2014, Creative Habitats provided and installed the counter tops, powder floor tiles and kitchen backsplash tiles in the renovation we did in Westfield. Beautiful workmanship by their crew. Now in 2017, when I wanted to match the leftover floor tile to do a mudroom in our new home Nese was on it and found the exact tile right away. Great service!

We also picked our kitchen countertops with Nese and we went from picking the countertop to installation in less than a week. Impressive.
I would highly recommend Creative Habitats. I went into a number of different tile stores and each time I asked for information about the tile itself (e.g., why 2 that look alike are different prices) I got blank stares or poor answers. And asking for some design advice at other places... forget it. It is like they don't want to give it so you don't get mad at them.
I can't say enough good things. Nese even stopped by our house to check on progress... twice.
I liked the place actually. They have a very clean showroom. You can find everything you need. I needed some glass mosaic tiles for my backsplash. Although it was 30 sqf, they were very nice and helpful. They fabricate as well. I am planning to change my countertops to granite someday and I will definitely work with these people. At least they do not rob you!
